Kyle Mathis is the Chief Operating Officer at McCormick Law Firm and oversees the development of our 20-plus attorneys throughout the pre-litigation and litigation departments. Mr. Mathis grew up in Seguin, TX, and graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Kyle Mathis is licensed to practice law in 3 states (Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona) and one federal district. Mr. Mathis has settled well over $50,000,000 in personal injury cases ranging from wrongful death trucking accidents to slip and fall premise cases. He is known for the volume and complexity of cases he has handled over his career in multiple states.
