Trey Kirby earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating in May 2024. His legal training emphasized hands-on experience and client representation, preparing him to step into high-stakes matters with confidence.

Before joining McCormick Law Firm, Mr. Kirby served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office, working as a misdemeanor trial attorney. He also worked as an Associate Attorney at Schmook Law, representing clients in family law matters and guiding them through complex and emotionally charged legal situations.
