Phil Kowalski earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, graduating in May 2024. During law school, he gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk with the Simon Law Firm, where he sharpened his legal research and writing skills. During this time, he contributed to cases totaling over 1 billion in settlements and jury verdicts. Most notably a $745 million single plaintiff jury verdict.
Following graduation, Mr. Kowalski served as an Assistant District Attorney in Ketchikan, Alaska, where he prosecuted criminal cases and developed a strong foundation in trial preparation, negotiation, and advocacy. This prosecutorial background gives him unique insight into navigating challenging legal disputes and advocating effectively for his clients.
Now at McCormick Law Firm, Mr. Kowalski focuses on pre-litigation personal injury cases, working directly with clients to ensure they receive the attention, support, and representation they deserve. He is committed to pursuing justice for those whose lives have been disrupted by accidents and negligence.
