Isabella Olivas began her legal career practicing family law at Porter Legal Group. She then transitioned to insurance defense litigation, working at Walters, Balido, & Crain for two years. In this role, she defended clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including transportation and automobile litigation, personal injury, tort defense, and first-party insurance claims. Her experience includes preparing pleadings, written discovery, and various motions, such as motions for summary judgment, motions to compel, sever, and designate a responsible third party. She also attended minor prove-up hearings, status conferences, and hearings on motions, conducted and defended depositions, and assisted with trials and mediations.
